Iden Manor is that place: an impressively spacious, light and airy Victorian mansion set in 15 acres of landscaped grounds and approached by a long leafy drive.

And yet despite the grandeur of the building, it offers a warm and familiar welcome and has a comfortable, lived-in-and-loved feel to it…

With up to 51 beds, it provides a lovely home for both single people and couples. Each and every bedroom is different and full of personality; most are furnished with treasured pieces brought from home, and many have en-suite bathrooms or wet rooms.

There is also a hairdressing salon and a laundry room – and plenty of additional bathrooms .

Adding to the charm and grandeur of the building, a wide staircase with impressive balustrade rises from the panelled reception room below – there’s a platform lift for those less able to walk – and an adjoining lift for those who need to use a wheelchair.

Within Iden Manor here are two distinct units to cater for the very distinct needs of our residents – The Iden Side and The Good Shepherd.
