Our team takes the time to get to know you - your needs, your routines, and the little things that matter most. We encourage residents to bring favourite furniture, photos, or keepsakes, so bedrooms quickly feel familiar and personal.
Settling in soon becomes natural. Daily rhythms of meals, activities, and quiet time help you feel part of life here, and before long, new acquaintances grow into friendships.
And while we’re surrounded by peaceful countryside, you’ll never feel cut off. Family and friends are welcome any day, whether to visit, join in with activities, or even share a meal together.

Choosing a new home is one of life’s biggest decisions. At Iden Manor, we make the process as simple and supportive as possible, so residents and families feel confident, comfortable, and fully informed every step of the way.
Before moving in, we carry out a personal assessment to make sure we can meet your needs and to help us understand your preferences. Once a placement is agreed, we provide a clear contract that explains everything, including fees, with time built in for reflection and reassurance.
Settling in is just the beginning. We keep in close touch with residents and families, encouraging conversations with our care team and manager whenever needed. Care plans are reviewed at least every six months, with regular opportunities for residents to share their views in meetings and one-to-one chats.
Our approach is simple: we listen, we review, and we adapt - ensuring that every resident at Iden Manor continues to feel happy, secure, and well cared for.
We believe in being open and transparent about fees from the start, so families can make informed decisions with confidence. At Iden Manor, our fees start from £1,750 per week, depending on the type of care and individual needs required.
